Chrysalis meal is a high-protein raw material obtained from grinding silkworm chrysalides after the reeling process. In carp fishing, it is used as a technical ingredient for formulating highly attractive boilies, thanks to its amino acid profile, natural lipid content, and strong soluble organic component.
It is characterized by high digestibility and the ability to release continuous food signals into the water, promoting a feeding response from carp even under heavy fishing pressure or in low temperatures. The presence of animal proteins, natural fats, and aromatic compounds intensifies the nutritional value of the mix, improving both the nutritional profile and the palatability of the bait.
From a technical perspective, chrysalis meal contributes to the mechanical structure of boilies by increasing the firmness and elasticity of the dough without compromising the diffusion of attractants. It integrates perfectly into fishmeal, birdfood, and high-protein recipe mixes.
Usage
- High nutritional value boilies
- Stick mixes and bag mixes
- Groundbaits and method mixes
- Handcrafted pellets
- Technical groundbaits
Recommended Dosage
