Concentrated banana proteins or Banana Protein Powder is a high-protein functional ingredient (min. 75%), developed specifically for formulating boilies, pastes, stick mixes and other specialist baits for carp fishing. This protein is made from a balanced blend of whey protein concentrate, casein and whey protein isolate, offering a complete, highly digestible nutritional profile that is particularly effective at stimulating sustained feeding in carp.

The banana flavour provides a sweet, creamy and highly attractive sensory profile, performing well both in cold water and in situations involving heavy fishing pressure. It also blends perfectly with many ingredients commonly used in bait mixes, such as birdfood, fishmeal, milk protein and soluble components. Technically, the powder has a natural cream-yellow colour and a fine, uniform particle size, making it easy to incorporate into dry mixes without compromising the boilie's mechanical structure.

Thanks to the instantisation process, the product ensures:

• high solubility
• gradual release of feeding stimulants in water
• improved dough workability
• increased attraction dispersion (“leakage”)

Its low lipid content (<7%) makes this protein particularly suitable for producing highly digestible, nutritionally balanced baits, ideal for prolonged baiting campaigns.

Recommended dosage:

• 5–10% per kg of mix → to improve attraction and nutritional profile without significantly changing the boilie's structure
• 10–20% per kg of mix → for high-protein formulations with a strong feeding stimulus
• up to 25% per kg of mix→ in milk protein mixes or soluble recipes designed for cold water or high digestibility

Correct use of concentrated banana proteins makes it possible to develop more attractive, nutritionally effective baits that perform over the long term, making them a strategic solution for advanced bait companies and bait makers.
